Park City
The majority of the residents in Summit County live in Park City. There are also smaller towns, rural areas and National Forests in the county.

The Park City International Music Festival features chamber music and concerts with critically acclaimed soloists. The Park City Film Series brings documentaries to the town’s residents and encourages local filmmakers to pursue their visions. Perhaps the best-known film festival in Park City is the Sundance Film Festival. The event is held annually to showcase the best films by independent filmmakers and documentary films. Utah Winterfest is a 10-day event to commemorate the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. The festival features a Freestyle World Cup Competition, concerts, a dog sled race, an ice-sculpting contest, and fireworks. Other annual events in Park City include ski and snowboard competitions, luge championships, home tours, gallery shows, and the Miner’s Day Parade.
